Illustration Friday - Might

She might just have a tiny peek....

This was me as a child, I couldn't wait until christmas and still today Im very impatient with suprises haha

I used to sneak in and gently unfold the sides of the wrapping paper to have a good peek at what was inside.

I was always afraid my parents would know, so didn't dare try to peek. (I think I believed they had supernatural powers. LOL)

we were always told that if we found our gifts or guessed our gifts, we wouldn't get them. that's probably NOT true, but i never tried to find or guess them. i LOVE the build-up to christmas and love surprises, but most of all -- i love getting those "just perfect" gifts for the ones i love and i want to surprise them! unfortunately, my daughter hates surprises and my son can hardly ever be caught off-guard to be surprised, so it's quite a challenge!
